Plan Your Day<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Planning your day is a great way to become\u00a0<\/span>more<\/span>\u00a0productive and get lots done. The night before, or first thing in the morning, put together a timetable of how you\u2019re going to spend your day. Take into account meetings, tasks that you want to get do<\/span>ne by a certain time. Allocate times for each task as this will help you stay on track.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Set To-do Lists<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

It may sound pretty basic but to-do lists are the best ways to keep up with tasks and know exactly what you need to do. Set regular to-do lists so you don\u2019t fall behind or forget about a task.\u00a0<\/span>This is a great way to keep you organised and on top of your workload.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dedicate Time\u00a0<\/span><\/b>For<\/span><\/b>\u00a0Emails\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Reading and responding to emails can be a very\u00a0<\/span>time-consuming<\/span>\u00a0task. Dedicate some time throughout your day to go through your emails. Set 30 minutes at the start of every day<\/span>\u00a0and open all of the important emails. Although it may seem unproductive to take breaks, it\u2019s actually beneficial and will help you perform better throughout the day. You need to have time away from the screen to recharge to ensu<\/span>re you\u2019re not burning out. Go outside to have some fresh air<\/span>\u00a0and fuel yourself up for the rest of the day.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Block Distractions<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

When working from home there are many distractions.\u00a0<\/span>Whether you have kids in the room next door, or you\u2019re working in the kitchen or living room. Try and block out all distractions. Set up a dedicated work area where you can zone out of your home life and focus on work. Eliminate all distractions by turning\u00a0<\/span>notifications off on your phone. You will find this a much more productive way to get work done without these distractions popping up.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Don\u2019t Multitask<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Although you may think you\u2019re being more productive by multi-task, you\u2019re actually not. You\u2019re better off\u00a0<\/span>putting all your time into one\u00a0<\/span>task<\/span>\u00a0than completing the other afterward. It will take you longer to get them both done if you\u2019re doing them all at once.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Take advantage of all\u00a0<\/span>available\u00a0<\/span>tools online<\/span>! Use time tracking applications to manage your time efficiently.
